Please keep in mind that I create all of my goods myself and currently have a lead time of 7-10 business days.

I have many products I am able to personalize and have a variety of tools at my disposal to create that perfect gift for you or a loved one.

Every design in my shop—whether 3D-printed or laser-engraved—has either been created by me or purchased with a commercial license to ensure the original designer is properly compensated for their work. While you may find similar prints or engravings at lower prices elsewhere, those sellers may not have obtained the necessary rights to sell them. By purchasing from my shop, you’re supporting ethical craftsmanship and independent designers who put time and skill into their creations.

My items are personalized and custom engraved to order. No two items are identical and therefore they are NOT eligible to be returned or exchanged for a refund.

I do all I can to prevent your gifts from getting damaged during shipping, however, in the event your item arrived damaged:. Please email me an image of the package and item to Shop@lazergenie.com along with the order number within 48 hours of receiving the item. I will then send you a replacement for no additional charge.
